Nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Kakheti, Château Bruale is surrounded by lush greenery and embraced by the majestic Caucasus Mountains. Here, we honor the world’s oldest winemaking tradition, a craft perfected over 8,000 years.
Our complex includes both a winery and a small hotel, offering an immersive experience where guests can indulge in the art of Georgian winemaking while enjoying the comfort of a serene retreat.
From Vineyards to Cellar
At Château Bruale, we craft our wines from the finest grapes harvested from our own vineyards. Honoring Georgia’s 8,000-year-old winemaking heritage, we utilize the traditional Qvevri method—a completely natural process that preserves the purity and authenticity of our wines. Alongside this ancient technique, we also embrace classical winemaking methods to achieve exceptional balance and refinement.
We cultivate and experiment with a wide variety of grape species, continuously perfecting our selection to create premium-quality wines that embody the rich character of our land and the mastery of our craft.

Saperavi - Qvevri
Description: Red wine made in Qvevri with carefully selected grapes, traditional method. Wine is kept on skins for 2 months in Qvevri after fermentation, having dark ruby color with dominating tones of cherry, plum, and blackcurrant finishing off with full-bodied pleasant tannins. No filtration.

Rkatsiteli - Qvevri
Description: Amber (Orange) dry wine made in Qvevri with carefully selected grapes, traditional method. Wine kept on skins for 6 months after fermentation in Qvevri. Having beautiful amber colour this full bodied tannic wine has dry fruit tones with lasting finish. No filtration. Potential.

Rkatsiteli - Classic
Description: Compared to Rkatsiteli Qvevri, Libertes is made in a style that is close to the Imereti region. It is produced using a conventional approach, without maceration with skins. The wine is characterised by an intense honey-spice aroma with a touch of dandelion blossom. The palate is full-bodied and intense with excellent structure. Despite the lack of skin contact, it is also pleasantly astringent and vigorous. Long aftertaste with a hint of bread crust and roasted almonds.

Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane
